About Arbor
Built so your firm can out-prepare anyone across the table.
Out-preparing the other side means knowing the file cold before they do. Arbor gives plaintiff-side PI firms of every size the depth to get there without adding headcount.
What it's worth
Better files. More capacity. Faster demands.
A personal injury practice grows by doing three things well: finding the full value of a file, taking on more cases, and getting demands out the door. Arbor helps you handle all three without adding overhead.
Build the demand from the complete file.
Arbor reviews medical bills against provider records, flagging unbilled treatment, missing records, prior injuries, and causation details that insurance adjusters use to discount a client's claim.
Let your staff start from a finished page.
By handling the time-consuming first pass on case chronologies, medical bill summaries, and initial demand drafts, Arbor helps your team take on more cases with the people you already have.
Move the file when the records arrive.
On contingency, a file sitting on a desk is tied-up capital. Arbor helps compile a complete demand package when the medical records arrive, cutting down the weeks a file can spend waiting to be drafted.
What we believe
Our convictions.
We built Arbor around clear standards regarding the lawyers we serve and the professional guardrails protecting your practice.
Scale the work without scaling the payroll.
Plaintiff-side PI work asks firms to balance business operations with complex litigation. True leverage provides the structural backing to handle deep file analysis automatically, so you can grow your case list while keeping overhead in check.
Software must prove its work.
Every medical summary, timeline entry, or legal citation generated by Arbor points to the page of the medical record or the authority it came from. Trust requires proof.
The licensed attorney is the boss of the file.
Arbor handles the tedious preparation, but the human lawyer retains authority over strategy, valuation, and final approval.
Local practice requires local knowledge.
Arbor is built for the specific realities of state PI practice, including comparative fault thresholds, local venue tendencies, statutory liens, and carrier posture. Live authority coverage begins in Tennessee and expands state by state.
Why jurisdiction-deep
Deep in each jurisdiction. On purpose.
Generic AI tools treat the law like a single, massive library. But personal injury practice is defined by local rules, including subrogation liens, comparative fault rules, and the way insurance carriers operate in each state.
Arbor skips the homework of teaching a chatbot how your state's law works. The platform is mapped to the path of a plaintiff injury file, handing you an organized draft ready for attorney review. Tennessee is where live authority coverage begins; the same jurisdiction-deep model is how Arbor expands.

Where you stay in control
The boundary of independent judgment.
Arbor handles the mechanical heavy lifting so you can focus entirely on strategy. The platform is built to prepare files for your office, leaving final evaluation and advocacy completely to the practitioner.
Every draft stays editable and checkable.
Every draft demand letter and chronology is placed in a clean, editable layout. If you want to check a fact, you can click it to see the exact page of the medical bill or record it came from.
Nothing leaves the office without you.
Arbor never communicates with adjusters, clients, or the courts. The system creates secure, internal drafts for your office. Final transmission stays entirely in your hands.
How it's built
Built for accuracy.
Most standard AI tools work by guessing the next word in a sentence, which is why they regularly invent fake cases. Arbor is engineered differently.
Arbor isolates firm case files and cross-references them against verified, jurisdiction-deep authority. Because the system is designed to build its analysis from real, proven documents, review starts with source-grounded work product instead of guesswork.
Why we built it
I started Arbor after watching big tech companies ignore the plaintiff-side firms that handle real, everyday cases.
While testing the major platforms on the market, I kept finding the same critical flaws: poor legal reasoning, incorrect citations, and completely invented case law. To make matters worse, these companies charged corporate prices that put strong tools out of reach for many practices.
That frustration led me to build an alternative while at the University of Tennessee College of Law. I focused on a straightforward, practical challenge: how to take raw court opinions and organize them into reliable, accurate legal data.
We built Arbor so a lawyer's ability to protect their clients stays independent of the size of their software budget. Every plaintiff-side practice deserves access to tools that work, and every client deserves strong representation.
